Driving to Imsouane, explained.
Imsouane sits 80 km north of Agadir, tucked between cliffs and the Atlantic. The drive from Agadir or AGA airport takes 1 hour 45 minutes — the last 17 km are a winding road off the N1 down to the bay. Beautiful, slow, scenic. No tolls.
From Imsouane, the world's longest right-hand wave breaks at Magic Bay. Cathedral Point sits just outside the village, harder and faster. The whole stretch from Tamri (south) to Tafedna (north) has hidden surf spots — most without crowds, most without names on Google.
Beyond surf, the village is small: a few cafés on the harbor, a fish auction at sunrise, women selling bread out of their homes. No supermarket, no pharmacy, no bank. Stock up in Tamri before you arrive, or drive south to Aourir for anything serious.

Park up at the cliff overlooking Magic Bay before sunset. Free, no hassle, and the view of the surfers riding into golden light is the kind of thing you remember years later.

We deliver to all surf camps and guesthouses in Imsouane — Surf Berbere Imsouane, Magic Bay Surf Camp, Imsouane Surf Camp, plus all private rentals along the harbor and up on the cliff. The €40 delivery fee is one-time, covering our driver's round-trip from Agadir.

Why is there a €40 delivery fee for Imsouane?
Imsouane is 80 km from our Agadir base — about 1 hour 45 minutes each way. The €40 covers the round-trip fuel and our driver's time to bring the car to you and return by bus or taxi. It's a one-time fee, not per day, and it's how we can serve such a remote spot at honest prices.
Can I pick up the car in Agadir instead and save the €40?
Of course. Pickup at AGA airport or anywhere in Agadir city is free. Many surfers prefer this — they land, drive up themselves, and explore stops on the way (Tamraght, Taghazout, Tamri). The drive is part of the trip.
Do you deliver to my surf camp directly?
Yes — every surf camp and guesthouse in Imsouane. Surf Berbere, Magic Bay Surf Camp, Imsouane Surf Camp, plus dozens of private homestays. Just send us the camp name or address when booking and our driver will meet you there with the keys.
Can I bring my surfboards inside the car?
The Dacia Sandero Stepway and Dacia Logan both fit 2-3 surfboards inside (up to 7'2") with the rear seats folded. For longboards, fish boards over 7'4", or 4+ boards, we add a free roof rack. Tell us your board count when booking.
Can I drop the car back at AGA when I leave Imsouane?
Yes — and it's free. We'll arrange for one of our team to collect the car back from your accommodation, OR you can drive it down yourself for a free drop-off at AGA airport, in Agadir, or anywhere along the route. Just tell us your departure plan when booking.
