What's the minimum age and license requirement?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license held for at least 2 years. International customers need either a license in Latin script or an International Driving Permit. The original license must be presented at pickup — no copies or photos accepted.
How does the deposit work?
We don't take a deposit. Your card is never charged or held for security. The only amount you're responsible for is the insurance excess of €1,000, and only if you cause damage to the car in an at-fault accident. If everything goes smoothly (which it does for 99% of our customers), you pay nothing beyond your rental.
What's included in the price?
When you rent a car in Agadir with us, the price always includes comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage anywhere in Morocco, free pickup and delivery within Greater Agadir (airport, hotels, and surrounding towns), all vehicle documents and maintenance, and 24/7 support during your rental. Fuel and traffic fines are the only things not included.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a one-day rental fee. No-shows are charged the first day. Modifications to dates are usually free, subject to availability.
